Leadership

Gannon

Christine Gannon the Founder and CEO of BRIGHTWORKS Consulting, is an accomplished professional with more than twenty years of cross-functional experience in Organizational Effectiveness, Executive Coaching, Program Leadership, Communications and Change Management. She has a proven ability to manage complex, domestic or global initiatives, to drive process and productivity improvement efforts and lead change in a fast-paced environment.

Prior to launching BRIGHTWORKS Consulting, she served as a Transformation Executive for IBM’s Global Organization Design and Strategy practice where she led worldwide teams to transform and implement technology based solutions to include mergers, acquisitions and the implementation of outsourcing solutions.


Christine holds multiple degrees in Business, Management and Project Leadership. She serves in the community as a mentor to women, veterans and the underserved. She is an active member of the community and serves as a Board Member to several non-profits. Christine and her husband, David, are the proud parents of two sons.
