Luke Timpe relocated from Pittsburgh, PA to Phoenix, AZ and has been in the southwest for over 8+ years. He has over 15+ years in various industries through various roles. Luke engages each client through a 360-degree approach to get a holistic perspective to resolving client needs through innovative solutions. He has a bachelors of science in Management Information Systems and a minor concentration in Information Assurance and is a certified project management professional (PMP). He is currently pursuing his Masters in Global Management at ASU Thunderbird School of Global Management. He has a Six Sigma Advance Black Belt certification and a strong background in business transformation and innovation, business process management, supply chain management, data analysis, including strategic alignment, relationship building, Naval Aviation Enterprise, strategic planning, organization design and development, and business performance improvement.
Throughout her career, Kellie Boyle has had a front row seat to – and played an active role in – some of the country’s most controversial and culture-changing initiatives: in the late 1980’s, with Ogilvy & Mather, she helped to calm a confused and divided populace through the “America Responds to AIDS” campaign. With Stackig Sanderson & White in the 1990's, she helped businesses leverage the Internet and compete in the nascent digital economy. Later, as part of a national advocacy campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, she handled media relations for whistleblower Jeffrey Wigand, who was later played by Russell Crowe in the movie, “The Insider.”
Kellie began her career in political communications devising communications strategies; writing speeches, advertising and campaign materials; generating media coverage; and managing conventions for statewide and national candidates, office holders and political parties.
Following a decade in politics, she became an independent consultant and partnered with some of DC's top communications firms to provide strategic planning and marketing communications services to Johnson Controls, Price Waterhouse Coopers, American Banking Association, The Conservation Fund, American Red Cross, Veterans Administration, Small Business Administration and numerous other national and regional clients.
From 2008-2010, inspired by deep gratitude to America’s military, Kellie took a private sector sabbatical to serve in development for Operation Homefront, a national non-profit that assists the families of wounded and deployed troops. She was called back to active duty in communications counseling in 2010 with the co-founding of Boyle Public Affairs.
Mike Kari has many years of experience predominantly within the Retail sector, and most recently the United States Government. He led transformation efforts at Target, went to Canada to start Target’s first international expansion, and helped to build their grocery business. While he was at the Gap, and Capri Holdings (Michael Kors, Versace, Jimmy Choo), he led the change efforts to deploy all new ERP systems to both companies. Most recently, Mike has been assisting the United States Marine Corps achieve a new method of working that bridges the gaps between two internal groups to better meet their fiduciary responsibility to Congress. Mike obtained his degree from the University of Minnesota, and is a ProSci certified change practitioner. Mike currently resides in New York City, with his wife and dog.
With over twenty-five years of client sales, proposal and capture management, engagement management, consulting, and team facilitation experience, Monica Painter is well known in industry and government as a Subject Matter Expert and a certified Master Black Belt/Change Agent.
Prior to founding DolJenn in 2014, Ms. Painter was IBM’s Global Leader for Lean Six Sigma, as well as the Operations Strategy Partner for Operations and Supply Chain Management. She served as a leader, advisor and consultant for IBM’s internal business transformation and led over 300 consultants within their Operations Strategy and Supply Chain Business Service Areas.
Before joining IBM, Ms. Painter served as Vice President Quality at GE Capital after having led multi-functional teams in strategic and business transformation engagements at Andersen Consulting – now known as Accenture.
Most recently, she supported the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Economic Communities Initiative (VECI) as the National Public Engagement Strategic Advisor. The goal of the VECI was to increase education and employment opportunities for veterans by bringing together local and national employers to coordinate services for veterans, service members and military families.
Ms. Painter developed the program’s mission and objectives and collaborated with internal and external stakeholders including Congress, agency partners, government and non-government organizations, non-profits, service members and veterans. She developed various strategies for connecting veterans and transitioning service members with local and regional competitive employment and education opportunities.
Drawing from the experience and successes of the VECI, she created a national collaborative called VeteransNCommand. The collaborative coalesces a national network of Executive Consultants committed to promoting the economic mobility of veterans and their families.
