The Women In Leadership Institute is rigorous training program which recognizes the unique challenges and opportunities women face as they rise through leadership positions in public, private and non-profit organizations both domestically and on a global scale.

This science-based and dynamic curriculum integrates the art and science of leadership with professional and personal development strategies of importance to women in all levels of their career.
