An executive leader with over 28 years of organizational management, process improvement and consulting experience. George Salerno spent over 21 years on active duty in the Army culminating as a brigade commander of the largest Warrior Transition Brigade. After departing the Army, he worked with the government and the banking industry, consulting both in the U.S. and the United Arab Emirates. Over the last several years, George has also been heavily involved in the Veteran space by assisting and mentoring transitioning service members as well as working with several Veteran non-profits and service organizations. He has a proven record of accomplishment in leading organizations to troubleshoot issues in order to develop solutions that improve overall strategies, business operations and critical processes.
