Prior to committing herself full time to coaching and organizational consulting, Nancy Stover held numerous leadership positions in cable television, educational media and interactive entertainment technology. She held senior positions with leading companies including Warner Brothers/American Express, TCI and Liberty Media, The Weather Channel, and Discovery Communications. From “Basement to Boardroom,” Nancy was tapped to lead teams in building organizations from scratch. Her unique skills in identifying and developing talent, building solid and supportive internal partnerships, and attracting and cultivating alliances with strong external clients were the foundation of her success in the ever‐changing media landscape.
