Sascha Foertsch is a recognized team-builder and innovative problem solver specializing in bringing together diverse teams through innovative approaches while leveraging data and technology. A committed advocate for inclusion and promotion of diversity through shared experiences, she has over 12 years of experience in government, non-profit and private sectors, including the U.S. Congress and the Executive Branch. Sascha led a team of consultants for the White House Office of Management and Budget directly contributing to the formulation of the President’s Management Agenda and the workforce development plan. During her time in Congress, she wrote legislation and worked on appropriations in support of several diversity initiatives to recruit, retain and develop a diverse workforce for candidates seeking Foreign Service and Civil Servant careers as well as promoting diversity and inclusion in the National Security Workforce. Sascha’s expertise includes program, project and personnel management; strategic planning, communications and advice. In her current role as Executive Consultant, she leads efforts in organizational design, workforce transformation and communications as well as implementation of key frameworks and tools, including change management and strategy plans. Sascha is a proud Colombian-American and she is fluent in English and Spanish.
